- I tried to set the Com2RxTrigger to 4 and then 1. It did not work. I tried
- setting different speed. It did not work.
-
- I tried the modem on a friend's Pentium 100 running Win95. Connecting to
- the same account, I had no problem using ZMODEM. Therefore, the problem is
- probaly not related to a modem bug.
-
- Thinking it was some problem with WFWG, I even tried using TELIX. I still
- have no problem using it as a terminal, but again, when I issue the
- "sz -b filename" command on the remote host, TELIX displays a "Bad CRC"
- message.
-
- Anybody has any idea? If not, I guess I'll have to scrap the 80386 and buy
- a Pentium. But I hate to think that a $270 expense has to turn into a $3500
- expense (canadian dollars that is, without counting our beloved 14.5% sales
- tax).
